Established in 2006 AM Property Management (NI) Ltd (AMPMni) began as a block management company. We soon expanded to include a full estate and management agents range of services including sales, lettings, rental management, block management and ground rent collection. This allows AMPMni to offer our clients a “one stop” company to look after all their property needs.
Our staff have a range of experience in each department with 80 plus combined years' experience working in the property business. In 2023 AMPMni took the leap to become the first agents in the UK and Ireland to specialise in Passivhaus (Passive house) properties. Passivhaus is the gold standard of home building with each part of the building process closely monitor and tested to ensure that it meets the Passivhaus Institutes high standards. Passivhaus homes are extremely energy efficient, with the key being to retain as much heat as possible within the home, so very little extra energy is required. Saving massively on energy bills.
AMPMNI Estate Agents has invested in comprehensive training for its sales staff, partnering with the Passive House Association Ireland (PHAI), ensuring the entire team are well-versed in the principles and benefits of Passive House living.
